Frames looks the best and is easiest to use, but requires a version 2.0 or higher browser, and a screen size of 800 x 600. It also helps if you use lots and lots of colours :)

The Frames version is recommended

No frames is quicker, works on a 640 x 480 screen, and with just about any browser.
