If you want to enter, just use the form below. Click on the 'submit' button when you are done. I will put your team up on the webpage once it's been verified (cost etc!!). I will also mail you to confirm your entry.

AFAIK The form works with MSIE4 (not 3.02!), and Netscape 3 and 4.

To use the form, click on a box, and then either type the information required, or use the pull down menu to select the desired choice. Once you have finished, click on the 'submit' button at the bottom of the page. If you make a mistake, click 'clear' to start again.
